hello all,well its my 6 month post op and Im now down to 234lbs. I wanted to be 217 but DAMN its super hard to get this weight off...... Im trying but not hard enough. Ive lost over 100lbs in the last year but since my surgery Ive lost 83+ lbs. So im guessing 83lbs in 6 months is good but I see others and IM like what the hell am I doing wrong? I know that I cannot base my loss on others because we all lose weight differently but I feel so jealous of those who've lost 100lbs byt their 6 onth mark.....REAL TALK!!!!!! SO, Im guessing that I need to step up my weight loss game and exercise routine...... Well here are a few pics of me so far, Oh yeah, this is my new apartment!!!!! It feels sooooooooooo good to have my own shit again!
