I haven't checked in in a while and I thought I'd let you know I am doing well and I am five weeks out into my journey!!! I feel so much better mentally, spiritually and physically, I know God has given me another chance to love myself so I may love others! Thank you for all your love, prayers and support.
I decided to change my life back on June 1, 2007, and have not looked back since. I am down 58lbs since 6-1-07 and 33lbs since my surgery date which was August 20th- 5wks ago, and the 1st six months is uncontrollable weight loss so Im pretty excited about that!!...
I thank God for watching over me and seeing me through, and blessing me with people that helped w/ the kids, meals and my house chores throughout all this! You know who you angels are!
I am beginning to feel free from being that prisoner that was held back in this body from doing so much in life, including the simple things like tying my shoes, crossing my legs,fitting in a restaurant booth,getting down and giving my kids baths, riding in amusement park rides. I now take none of that for granted......I love you all...and know that everything YOU want, desire, dream of, all lies within each and everyone of you and its up to you to let it surface! Never give up on your dreams...Let no limitation enter the Mind!!! We're here only once on earth...

I want to send a special thank you, and big fat hug to Michelle Childers, for being there by my side continually thru the whole process, from dragging me to the gym, feeding my family, doing house chores and taking care of me and my family during my healing process. She is a true godsend and giving friend. I love you Michelle. I will never forget what you have done for us.
Also, Special Thanks to Cesar, for introducing me to Dr. Woodbury and his staff!!! Best referral ever!!! Also I couldnt have done this without the love of my life and best friend Julio he was and still is the angel that stole my heart 13.5 years ago, don't know what I would do without him...I thank God everyday for blessing me with him and my children, and my entire family.
