I'm 39 years old and ready for a change. I have 4 children. I have been overweight all my life. Since childhood I was always on the overweight side and it runs in my family. I gained my weight the most with the pregnancies. About two years ago I got interested in doing the surgery but my family doctor did not want to help me then. He was afraid of the outcome and that my family might sued him for it...so I found a Dr. that would help me reach my goals. He was very supportive and any test that I mentioned to him that I needed he would just send me right away...Thank you Dr. Frame in Kissimmee. And it has taken me 1 year to get all my test and requierements from my insurance to get approved. First I was denied. I appeal and summited more information and got an approval.. WOW I was so happy when I received the news. When I got my denial it was so horrible for me because I was sure I was going to be approved and when I read the letter with the denial...I cried so much...but I decided not to give up and try again. And thanks God it was with a positive result..Now im 2 weeks away from surgery,,Im nervous and hoping for the best..a positive attitude is important to get me thru.
