I went for my 3 mon check up.. I have lost 73lbs. my health is good.. I feel great.  My girlfriend keeps me in line.

I have lost 38lbs in 6 weeks.  Still cant get my requirements in, but am at least trying..  Its not an easy cake walk.

I had my surgery on tuesday april 28/09.  Whilein hospital i had good days and bad.  Now that I am home, I am having a hard time eating, when i should..  Thank goodness for my girlfriend... I couldnt do it with out her.
