First day! - The first day back was very good lot of complement! But as u all know there are some haters but never mind them its all about me and my jurney. But I must say am very tired,

Leg pain - Good morning my friend. Is leg pain normal octet gastric bypass or could it just be gas in the leg because I know gas travels? Please help thank u

Nerves - Nerves set in today when I got a call dr hegan,s office to change my date to one day earlier for 27 oct very nerves not advice please

It my day, - It my bday today all be celebriting with a glass of opti fast but thats fine with me I enjoy my opti. I thanks god my health and happiness and a beautiful future.  

optifast - Tomarrow i will have completed 2 weeks of optifast  but as of today sunday i have lost 12lb is that normal? because i was expecting to lose more avice please before i lose my mind

Help!!! - I am on day 3 of opti and o boy the head hunger is the worse. Please give me some advice

Day 2 on opti - Day 2 on opti and am not tierd a anything no headache. The only thing is am a wife and a mother so I have to cook for my family that's the hard part , but am holding on really well...

Appointment - I leave in toronto Canada I have my surgent appointment tomorrow am so happy!!!!!!!!

Orientation - On Monday I have my orientation in Toronto Canada. Would any one have any ideas what to expect?
