I'm digging it like hitting the damn lottery!!!! I know before you'll hit me with a Blast of "where yo azz been" It don't matter because I'm back on the set!!! So sit back and let me vibe on this piece for a minute............ Well I'm down over 70 pounds in under six months and health wise I'm doing well other then these damn knees of mine!! Lord I promise not to play nar nother day of football in life!!! Except on PS3/Xbox360...... I have done better with my workouts and will continue to move towards a 5 /6 day workout with a day of rest. The resistance band workout is a awesome, heart pumping, fat burning and toning workout you can do whenever and wherever you like! I workout at home or at the office. I appreciate those of you that continued to be supportive to myself and the family!! I thank you and pray for continued health for you all!! Before I leave if we have a mathematician in the room please hit me up so I can pass this damn class!!!
Yes I have taken my azz back to school..... Things to look out for in 2010.... My talk radio show "Real Talk Radio" and my internet cooking show lauching as well!!Thanks,
