Hi Family,I m just doing my monthly check in. Im at my personal goal weight of 185. Im happy with my accomplishment. All is good. I dont have to much to say today. I gave up the obsession with the scale. I check once a week to make sure I havent gained any weight. So far so good. Im in a comfort zone.
