Well the past few days i have been thinking about things.. well one thing that is on my mind.. and that is my weight... i know i dont look it but i weigh 343 pounds.. i did start at 367 but with alot of work i got down to 343. most i lost was 29 but we all have our ups and downs.. and my downs have brought me to this site where i figured it could help me defeat this battle of obesity. i know in my heart that i am a strong person and i can get through this. but i cant do it alone.. i need the support of my friends and family to help me get through this... lately i have been in a slump and i hope that i can pull myself through it because i want to be the happy go lucky person that i am.
