Well my journey started before I was born as I was 11 lbs at birth and I've been overweight ever since. My Dr. put me on a diet at age 8 and its been one diet after another. I've done Slim Fast, Weight Watchers, South Beach, Jenny Craig, Atkins, Skinny Bitch, Angry Bitch, and blah blah blah. No more! I'm blessed in the fact that I don't have any of the ailments that come long with morbid obesity, I'm just huge. So now is a perfect time to shed the weight before I do get the ailments. Eye of the Tiger!
