Well I know it has been awhile since I posted MY bad anyhow it has been a year a long but short year. I  have dropped from a size 28 to a size 15 YES YES YES, BUT I AM FOLDING MY BELLY INTO THIRDS GETTING IT IN THE PANTS THE SKIN,, WOW. I thought I would not get a tummy tuck but YES that is on the agenda now. LOL. and a breast reduction I look unproportional. And having alot of back and shoulder pain with the weight loss, I still do not drink enough, I still think I can eat more than I can and puke,alot. I do not eat alot of sweets, no steak, I choke on chicken alot, I do not try to much pasta or rice. Somethings I just didnt try for fear of it getting stuck bread is okay in moderation but Mostly toasted is better for me. I cannot eat ice cream, I eat alot of bomb pops my weakness and I was eating peanut butter crackers til that scare went around. I enjoy oatmeal for breakfast, I eat GOGURT, apples with peanut butter, swiss cheese and ham, those little kids meals. They are just the right size; My daughter been out 4 years now she eats those too the kids meals, just the right size and proportions. I love Vitamin Water they just came out with a 10 cal serving one now there are 2 and one half servings in a bottle so 25 calories but it helps me get in fluid. I have not reached goal, Dr Ingram says I had a lot of muscle to be a fat person I guess, LOL. I have always been cocky. My arthritis and fibromyalgia still bad, so this winter in GOOD OLE UPSTATE NY has not been good to me, my legs hurt so bad, I have carpal tunnel really  bad I am going today for nerve induction test so I can get surgery, I have shoulder and back pain from my boobies; so I am seeking a plastic surgeon for consultation. But life is good I get so many compliments, and I hate compliments. At church everyone is so proud of me, as well as my hubby and daughter. I still have a hard time when I go to the store programmed to go to bigger sizes, I cannot get jeans at target they are cut really small and I have to get like a size 19 or 20 there and walmart I can get in a 15. Go figure anyhow, I am so proud, I dont have to go through turnstills sideways, I fit into booths at restaurants, I dont hog up the seats at the movies. I can walk a mile, I can shop at the mall without having to stop and sit every 50 feet now. I DONT HAVE To USE MY SCOOTER WOOO HOOOOOO,, well that is an update for now I have appt with nutritionist next week.. To get help with diet and healthy eating for proteins. I am lacking vitamin d too.

Well surgery went very well, and I had my two week follow up today, it has been a rough two weeks, I could not eat or drink anything, If I smelled food I got nauseated, and then the past 9 days, I have had watery dirrehea. I thought I was going to die, she said some people get constipated and others get the runs, Lucky freaking me.. So wehn I called the office the put me on FLAGYL. well if anyone has taken prednisone you know it is the most bitter bill in the world. This pill I couldnt get down without gagging my ass off. It is crazy, so today I go to the doctor and tell her my plight and she tells me go ahead and eat regular food. So tonite I tried fish with cheese for the protein, and I got it down and have not had dirrehea since, WTF,, was it all psycho in my head. Geez,, anyhow, I wish I could find something to quench my thirst, I am dying for a diet ice cold soda... but I know that is not going to happen.. I used to drink aquafina carbonated water, my drink of choice. But I hope tomarrow I feel better I have not been able to go out and excercise for fear the trots would take over. WELL the scales said today 258 so twelve pounds since I been dischaged not to bad, 88 pounds to goal, of 170. I have had so much support two girlfriends that had the surgery called me from PA with encouragement, that made me a happy girl, My baby girl is so supportive and my hubby has been my rock of gibraltor... well that is all for now, take care, hugs and love to all,,
