Well, I went for my first post-op appointment today.  It really went well.  Everything is going so good.  I was finally stepped up to the puree diet.  I was so excited that I came home and made a scrambled egg.  It tasted so good, but alas, I couldn't finish the whole thing!  What a strange feeling that was!  :)  The few bites I had tasted wonderful though!

I also am down 12 pounds since surgery, 31 pounds since starting my pre-op diet on 6/15/13.  I am so excited to finally be seeing the scale go down, instead of up!  One happy girl here! 

Well, I made it through the surgery.  I am home and on the mend.  Struggling to get the right amount of fluids and proteins down.  I hope I do better tomorrow.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
