WLS Friendly Emergency foods for hurricane season.

I am compiling a list of WLS food that will keep in a pantry. This will be my Emergency Kit for Hurricane Season. Here are the items that were suggested by my friends on the WETEO thread. I will put them in 2 catagories for now because I am not allowed carbs, nuts or protein bars. When I am I will add the second list.
Proteins and Veggies (Low Carb):
-Lots of water!!
- Cans of Tuna
- Flavored pouches or cans like, Lemon pepper and Sweet and Spicy
- Tuna salad kits not eating the crackers
- Cans of CHicken
- Check for varieties
- Jacks Links Beef Jerky
- Protein powders mixed with a shaker cup and water
- No sugar added canned fruits
- canned veggies?? Green Beans and spinach??
- Shaker Cup
- Manual or battery scale for weighing food! No excuses to cheat or go off the regular food plan!
Items with carbs and protein bars and nuts:
- Nuts Low salt many varieties
- Canned soup Progresso and healty choice types
- High Protein pars
- South Beach, Atkins, Oh Yeah, Etc.
- Sugar Free Peanut Butter
I will add to the list as I get new ideas and new suggestions.
