Mini Italian Meatloaf

The Mini Italian Meatloaf is simple I mix equal parts ground beef, sweet italian sausage and hot italian sausage. To that I add dried italian herbs, i jar of narinated mushrooms rough chopped) and sliced green olives w/ pimento. then 1 cup your favorite pasta sauce and 2 eggs. I measure out 4.5 oz protions into mini loaf pans and or muffin pans. Heat the oven to 375. I cook them until they are 160 degrees inside. While hot I sprinkle grated ramano and or parmasen cheese on the tops.
