Starting 2009 right

Today I have decided my New Years resolution, I want to get into a support group and get back on track.  I would like to get back to the weight I was at one year out.  That is 35 pounds less than what I am right now.  I didn't go thru this surgery for nothing.  I could use all the support I can get.
