"When first meeting him you will notice that he definitely has swagger. For some that might make him seem a bit shady but I really think that he cares. He has been doing this for a long time and is the top doctor in the area. The office staff is very helpful and takes care of all your questions and needs immediately. If they seem snappy when you call, it really is not personal. They handle a very large call volume and even if it seems you are a bother or that they have not really heard your request, it is not true. All questions will be answered and things requested will be sent out. He has a very structured program and leads an obesity surgery center not just a surgeon’s office. All resources you need to go on this journey are available in his office. There is even a plastic surgeon. Overall, I would rate him as an excellent surgeon."
"Actually the hospital staff especially all the nurses and the tech were sooooooooooo good to me. I think I will try to take them something the next time I am over there. They were just the best. The only trouble we had was in recovery. I was there forever 10:30 am- 7 pm because they claimed to be "cleaning" the room then we had one and they gave it to this man instead and then I had to wait a few more hours for yet another room to be cleaned. Once I finally arrived in my room it was very nice experience."
