"First impressions truly leave a mark with me...........when I first met Dr. Pupkova I was a little taken back. I am all too familiar with the arrogance many health care professionals project, not in this case. Dr. Pupkova was a very modest down to earth woman who exuded sincerity and concern for the well being of the patients attending the information seminar. She spoke in layman's terms easing our minds and answering every question in detail. She was very frank and honest about the possible complications for each possible procedure. There was a wealth of knowledge gained in the brief seminar! During my individual consultation she was very thorough in my examination and really took the time to discuss anything further that came to mind(i went with a check list and only had 2 questions left for her that weren't covered in the group mtg). She provided me with her personal cell phone number in the event any questions came to mind or if i needed to reach her during my journey. (I actually used it during my bloodwork visit because the lab had a question and she answered promptly!!!) At the end of my consult she not only shook my hand but also gave me hug! Never in my medical career did i met such caring Dr. I am very fortunate to be in her hands, her credentials are quite impressive but her genuine compassion is remarkable."
