Yeah first surgeon appointment

 I met with the surgeon on Thursday whom said I was a excellent candidate for vertical sleeve banding.  I just need to have my EGD and hopefully with insurance approval surgery at the end of the month.  I have started replacing two meals a day with protein drinks and eating snacks (fruit and veggies) with a healthy dinner.  I am so excited.
