Well tomorrow night I go in for a sleep study
. I'm not sure how they work so I'm kinda anxious. i haven't been sleeping well so my PCP set this up for me. And i guess It's a good thing to find out if i have sleep apnea too. I pretty sure I wont be able to sleep in a strange place but i'll keep you posted.
