yeah, my scale said I lost another 9 lbs. I was ashamed of my last post and started some light exercise. My knee (L) still bothers me, got a sharp pain when I walk, but I don't care. I AM SO HAPPY I DID THIS! Thank you Dr. Sonpal! Thank you Nurses in ICU and on the 6th floor... St. Vincents Hospital...thank you people who wished me well.

I feel I have a chance now.

The only reason I would take up walking
is so that I could hear heavy breathing again.


God when am I going to start moving? 

Afraid to grind my arthritic joints to dust before I lose all this weight.

Look, I quit smoking because hubby and I were doing it in the bathroom, with the door closed, facing a full length mirror.
I could not bear looking at myself, a quadruple marker if you watch fishing shows. So much so that I have been butt free since Jan 2 '09.

So this blog is really the big step for me. Especially since I've used that name tag in other forums. I have severe sleep apnea, not treated yet, and my head isn't always screwed on straight.  I've risked the chance that someone just might look me up and say,

"Oh NO!"

....with glee, or with sympathy heh, who knows.

Instead of changing it, time to face that mirror, and change myself instead.
