It's hard for me to believe it's been a year already.     I am down about 118 pounds and could have been to my goal if I would stay away from snacks/carbs!    I think with the weather and being stuck inside it has really slowed things down.     I want to lose another 20 pounds and then see how I feel.   I thought before surgery I would never want plastics and now I know that I really do want plastics.     It has been a wonderful year for me so many changes in my life for the better.
