Well here I go I have never blogged before so not really sure what to post but I will start with an update on where I am in the process.  

On April 15  2013, I went to my family doctor for my referral for weight loss surgery.

Received my orientation letter for Guelph on June 11 2013.

Went for my orientation on July 11,  2013.

Upper GI and upper abdominal ultrasound Aug 20, 2013.

Appointments with RN,RD,SW in Guelph on Aug 26, 2013.

Sleep study Sept 2, 2013. 

This is my updated list so far for appointments.  I have no idea yet when I will get to see the doctor from Guelph, I am hoping to get that info on Monday when I see the 3 specialists.
