Ok, so I was suppose to start the 5-day pouch test but I can't seem to get my act together enough in able to get my food together. It is so much work.

I plan on starting the 5 day pouch test. I am not looking forward to it, but I need to get this back on track and get rid of my sweet tooth. So I will start on Monday.

Ok, so I have been off of track! I need to focus on myself again.
Goal 1-protein, protein, protein!
Goal 2- water everyday!
Goal 3- walk at least 3 times a week!
Hyperthyroiditis

Well I have been going through some problems in the past 3 weeks. My neck started swelling and becoming veru painful. I was not able to raise my voice which is essential in being a teacher. It just got worse every day. I was feverish, in pain, very fatigued, shakey. So anyway I found out I have Hyperthyroiditis. So they gave me some pain pills, a steroid shot and sent me home.
Calcium and thyroid (problems?)

I know it has been awhile since I updated my blog, but it has been so busy at work. I finally found out why I have been soooo tired! I had my labs done last week and a few things popped up. 1) I am very low on calcium and my doc wants me to start taking 2000 a day plus vit D. 2) I am low on vit B12 and I will start getting a shot every month for a while. I had one yesterday and I really feel the difference in my energy. 3) My doc is worried about my thyroid. He tooks some blood to find out the levels. I hope this is a easy solution to a potential problem.
The good thing is I have started to lose again. I took advice from my best friend and started back on only protein and up the water intake. Wish me luck!

Stall??? Need to re-focus!

Ok, I am having a stall. I have been stuck at 231 for 3+ weeks now. I am going to try to refocus and get in my protein and water. I need t ostart to exercise. Yes I said start, I have not been exercising, I come up with every excuse in the book. I got a bike for Christmas so I will try to ride it at least 3 times a week. Then maybe get in some toning a couple times a week. I know I would feel better if I get my exercise in.

I have lost 46 lbs and I feel wonderful. I see myself smiling more when I look in the mirror. My clothes fit great, my new size (for now) is 1x from a tight 3x. I am sure I could probably get into a XL. My pants are probably a 18 but I still haven't bought any pants because I am waiting and too cheap to get to a size I will stay for a bit.
The only problem I have had is NOT drinking during my meals. I just get so thirsty! Other than that I eat pretty much anything I need, not want. I dump be time on sugar and anything high in carbohydrates. But I am still very happy!

Baggy Clothes

I haven't posted in a while, I have been so busy. I have lost 41lb in 3 months and feel fabulous! Sometimes I just can't believe I am losing weight. My biggest problem right now is finding clothes that fit me! I am used to having this problem but it is usually becasue they are too small, now they are all too big! I love it! I am just trying to hold out for Christmas, becasue I am sure my family will be giving me clothes or gift certificates. So baggy clothes it is for another 2 weeks. Poor me!

I was hungry and instead of waiting for the fish to defrost I decided I would have a little peanut butter (protien) and a little 1 % milk. Not even 15 mninute later I was clammy, sweating, felt sick to my stomach, tired. I will not be eating peanut butter for a while!
