Nikki I'll see you in recovery, and we'll walk our laps together---one step at a time. Wishing you good luck on your day. Although it won't be easy, everything will be fine. It will all be worth it. Congratulations, your day is almost here. Right now you are probably on a rollercoaster ride emotionally with lots of excitement, nerves, and scared. Over the next few days center yourself, keep busy, and keep your mind on other things. You will find your surgery date here in no time and you will be calm and prepared. Thank you so much for your support Nikki! I'm a rehab RN also. Just wish I was up to working more hours or job with better pay. MS nursing pay isn't that great. Congrats on your approval. I can honestly say this is the best thing I've ever done for myself. No regrets. Just wish the option had been available 10 or 15 years ago. I've missed out on so much. Better late than never!
