GRAMMY JOAN'S JOURNEY
Mar 11, 2008
Well, today is the first time in months that I pulled up my profile and saw that I have done absolutely nothing on the site. The strange thing is, I don't think I can go back and recreate because I have forgotten even what it was like to eat those enormous meals that I used to eat.
I am at 5 months post surgery now and still losing some weight. I am at around an 80 lb loss so that puts me at roughly half way to my goal. I started out at 325lbs and am now down to 243. Praise God for every little ounce that is lost!!!!!!
I had lots of hope that the pain from rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia would be less by now but that still hasn't helped and so I am not able to do any exercise to get rid of all of this skin that is still hanging around.(literally)
I will continue to do my best and pray for the rest. God gave me a tremendous peace about the gastric surgery and I know He will not fail me at any point and will always be here.
To any person that may read this with thoughts of having the surgery, I recommend it to anyone!!!!!
