 Well i've let alittle time slip away here, been busy, so here I am back,
Went to my consultation this morning to Modesto, CA., did not see the doctor,
but saw his Nurse and talked out everything with her, will be having the RNY when
I lost 50 lbs., and i'm eating everything right, so keep up the good work.
I have see the Psychologist soon as an appt. is made, then thats one more step in my Journey. the doctor has to get my records released from my doctor and has to run some tests when I get the 50 lbs . off.........all takes time.
Need to get some exeercise, but i get stress fractures in my feet, so that slows me down, waiting for our Pools to open in May, then can get some needed exercise.
Well will end this for now.......all is good and i feel well and very pleased.
