I am married have 4 children and 4 grandchildren all are grown and out of the house with exception of my 20 year old daughter who is still in school. I work full time as a staff development and CQI nurse in a nursing home. I love my job and the people I work with.
I had my surgery on May 1, 2007 after 1 year of decision making, when I awoke from surgery my first thoughts were why did I do this, now 5 days post op I feel great physically with exception of some mood swings which my husband is taking the brunt of. He's a good guy understands and is very supportive of my decision to do this. He is looking forward to us playing golf together.
My children are all very supportive and glad that I have decided to get healthy, I have quit smoking and now on my way to being thin and healthy. Can't wait!!!
I want to lose a total of 120lbs and I am determined to do it !!!
