I had my 3 month check up and weighed in at 192, total of 53 lbs lost, 45% of my excess weight is gone.  Because Dr Brader is no longer there I saw Dr Pupkova, she was very nice, she has encouraged the use of B1 and B12 vitiams, which I will start asap. Well I wonder how much weight will be gone at my 6 month check up.

Well I finally made it, I am under 200lbs. I got up this morning and the scale read 199, I can't believe it, it has been so long since I have seen the 100 mark.  Well I will just keep moving along another 75 lbs to go.

Had my six week check up on 6/20/07 and I had lost 14lbs. That makes my weight loss 26% of my excess weight gone. Spoke with Dr Brader he expects that on my next visit on 8/10/07 my 3 month check up I should be down another 7 to 8 lbs, I think more like 15 lbs, we will see what the 10th of August brings.

Today is 6/6/07, I had my 2 week check up on 5/18/07 and had lost 16 lbs, 14% of my excess body weight at least thats what they told me. Dr Brader estimated 9 more lbs by my next appt which is 6/20/07. I am already 8 more lbs down we will see what the 20th brings.

I am feeling excellent, today I started to feel hungry for the first time it was not a chore to eat/drink.  I am having some problems with mood swings and I take it out on Tom, I don't know why but hopefully this will all pass soon. I have lost all of the after surgery weight from fluid and gas 11 lbs and 2 more lbs so a total of 13 lbs in five days.  I am going back to work on Tues after 1 week off and I feel I am ready to get back into the swing of things. Tom and I walked around a flea market today need to get my exercise.

Well I am home after two nights at the hospital after surgery. It was hairy for a couple of days but I got up this morning and actually felt great.
