Month One

I have been seeing the weight loss physician for one month as of Oct 14, 2010. My first month pre-surgery weight loss was 9.5 lbs. I was stoked. All that just by giving up carbs!

So I started a Health Tracker using this website. Below is me, starting in High School. Previous to that I was normal size. I will try to update every month.
