At a plateau

Yesterday I went for an annual exam and do to the holiday season I expected to have gained alto of weight and to my surprise I did not.  I have not gotten a second fill but I do also need to improve with my eating and start to exercise. I feel all will come together in time I am very hard on myself I have been for many years and this is something I have to change.  I have new pictures and I have more curves and more changes with my body will occur when more weight is released.
