hello.. so it been 3 years..so many changes..i have gotten married had a baby, and gained back 40 lbs..it is so hard....  if there are any other mom's out there who have had the same issue please help......how did you wok through it???Kate 

so... it been like 10 years .. I have now had 3 baby's   Now grown a bit sontje can brish there own teeth somdays....  that 40 after my first was nothing.  After my second and third i put on a lot..  inworked with anamzing natural Pathic dr who worked with whey body needed.  I ended up dropping the baby weight and was the at my lowes 200lbs and running a 10 k
