The office is great. rnrnThe program they put you on is so thorough you almost feel fearless. The support staff is awesome, I think if it wasnt for Peggy and Daniel I'd just give up. And now Amy. They're the best. And he's the best. I very excited about having this done.rnrnI have to say, I lost 30lbs so far and at first wasnt happy with optifast, but I understood that for safety he wants you to be as small as possible. But in reality, it forces you to make better choices about food, eat protein to cheat instead of junk and exercise. Overall I think it is an ingenius way of getting patients ready for the change of lifestyle after the surgery. "
