New to this site...

Hello,

I am going through the process of getting ready for Sleeve Surgery.  I do not have a date yet, although I think it will be the end of October if approved by my insurance.  I'm 62 years old and have been overweight most of my life, but now my body is telling me that I need to get this wight off, for good this time.  I have support from my family and closest friends.  I'm a little anxious about the whole thing but determined to make this a positive experience.  I'd love to hear from anyone who has been through the process or others that may be waiting like me...
