5 years out struggling Lost 154lbs gained 50lbs back :-(. I have a real good friend working with me to stay focused. I also stopped back here to the OH site and received so really good advise. I am doing my best to get back on track So far so good, This site is invaluable. Thanks everyone who has advised me and who is willing to advise and help me :-)
