Hi everyone! My name is Stephenie, I am a 29 year old single mom. I have been trying to get approved for WLS for over 3 years. I have been researching the Gastric Bypass for almost 10yrs and feel very confident that it is for me. I not only want to feel better about myself but just can not wait to "feel better" all together. I have always been heavy my whole entire life except for a year. Feeling bad has never really been a problem untill recently. Now it hurts to get out of bed every morning. My knees, feet, and back hurt constantly. Having a hard time breathing and shortness of breath are more persistant also. I have already turned in one claim and Aetna denied me stating that I needed to have a Physican supervised weightloss for 6 months. Well today was my last visit to the PCP. He said that he would have everything faxed over by the end of the week. So I am just going to keep on praying that they say YES!
