6 week rollercoaster ride
Feb 03, 2011Hmph! I'm not even sure what to say this week. At one point I was down to 204.5 and then gained up to 207. I have NO idea how that could be because I've been sticking to the program and have never exceeded 700 cals a day. I'm usually more in the 500 range.
I joined a gym and have worked out a couple of times. It feels good even though most days I'd rather chew my arm off than exercise. Weigh in at 6 weeks was 206 even, so I'm down a pound from my highest, but still not losing like I'd hoped. I keep praying that one of these days the weight will just fall off.
