Well i am goin to start off sayin think  you god that i havent had any prombles .and i am doing fine i has been a month now and i have lost 45 pounds i am so happy and i also feel better i walk 30 min a  day  i started off at 327  now i am 282 i still have a long way to go ........i havent lost any in a few days i think i am at a stand still right now i am a little  mad .but i guss i will  be fine think you all i will keep you all post love you all and may god  bless youall

WELL here i am i mabe it i thank god for the new life everything has been goin good still sore ..

Well here i go something i have been waited for ,for a long time i am happy but at the same time nervous but i have nothing  to worried about i have faith in god that every thing will be good. I will like to think all my friends and please pray for me. i will be head out  sunday afternoon to get ready for monday at 530 am...I will keep every one post see you all  when i  come back........thank you all so much
