When you use your protein powder for your coffee creamer, do you make up your protein drink with your milk or water and then mix it in with your coffee or do you just put your powder into your coffee? 

Can someone give me some words of wisdom or advice and tell me to get a protein shake down daily.  I'm REALLY struggling with that.  Just the thought makes my stomach queasy. 

I am 4 weeks out from my sleeve surgery.  I lost 30 pounds so far, but the past week I have been STUCK between 2 pounds.  I swear every time I get on the scale it goes back and forth between those 2 pounds.  Anyone else have this problem?  Don't get me

Hi everyone!  I was sleeved on Monday 2/8 and so far this week I am feeling better everyday.  I hate to admit but I am already sick of protein shakes, but I do know they are very important and will continue.  I am on the liquid/creamy diet until 2/22.

Can anyone give me their schedule of what they did during their Pre-Op Diet.  I know it should be pretty simple, but I am struggling.  I'm still hungry! 

So I'm on day 2 of my pre-op diet and I'M HUNGRY!  I keep thinking of the big picture but can anyone give me any advice on how to get thru this!  Pretty much I'm just complaining because I know you all understand! :)
