Only 3 Months Out!

Ever heard the old saying, "It's all in Gods time"? I wish it came a little sooner, I don't know why for the life of me I didn't get sleeve earlier than now, but I'm glad I did it. when I did.To date I've lost a total of 203lbs from my HW of 609lbs, and a total of 114 lbs since surgery. I have to admit that I wore a smile this morning on the way to work, 7lbs to go and I'm outta the 4's yes yes yes!!!!! I can't wait in a few weeks I'm going tubing,
All my fellow WLS people be encourage and stay focus!
