only 14 pounds to go for surgery! - I am down to 337 pounds and need to lose only 14 more to be able to schedule my surgery!

Still dropping weight - I have been losing more weight, now down to 340 with only 30 pounds to go before the big day.

I lost some more - I lost three more pounds  and now need to loose 36 to be ready for surgery! WOOHOO!

WOOHOO!!!! - I have now lost a total of seven pounds ! only 38 to go and then surgery!

weight has started dropping - weighed in yesterday I have went from 357 pounds to 354 pounds. The Atkins Diet is kicking in.  Right now it is really hard to exercise, but I try to walk.  Doesn't sound like much...
