11 month update

I have lost 117 lbs in 11 months, I now weigh 167 lbs.....WOW!!!

My target range is 130 to 150 for my height, I'm shooting for 130 but Dr. Lord will consider my surgery a success when I reach 150. I won't make that by my one year but I will be there by 18 months and that is the deadline everyone talks about.
