Sherry - congratulations on your surgery! I am now three weeks post op (lap rny) and have lost 33.5 pounds. Just remember to walk, walk, walk, and drink, drink, drink. One of the best things that I realized was how much more time there was in a day when I didn't have to think about what I was going to eat for breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack, bedtime snack, midnight snack..... Every day gets better and better. Enjoy the journey!! Hugs and blessings!

Sherry I just saw that your surgery is tomarrow, I wanted to wish you the best of luck. I had mine 5 weeks ago and I fell great. I know that you will do fine! God Bless

Hi Sherry......I am having surgery at San Diego too on June 5th! I will be praying for you and I have heard Dr. Zorn is great with LAP surgerys! Good Luck and God Bless!
