WOW i cant believe it has been over 3 months since my surgery!!!!  I am very pleased with my progress.  I have not had any dumping which kinda sucks due to the fact my pouch can tolerate anything(yep even Thin mints and Tagalongs!!)  but with the love of excercise i have always had i am playing my A game.  This surgery was by far the best decision i have ever made for myself and my dining out budget lol  I feel great i no longer am a DIABETIC and the joy of putting a 14 on that had not fit me in 2 years is priceless being 5/10 i can wear a 14 pretty well but it kinda scares me the thought of a 8 or less i think i would have that Olive Oil look:))  Happy Tuesday everyone!!

Today i am 10.5 weeks out my scale is reading 235 so its prob 240 at my docs so down 55lbs since surgery i am hoping to hit the 60lb mark by my 3 mnth surgiversary!!!  I had slowed so i am working out 4-5 days a week duing Zumba 2-3 days a week and it is knocking it off:)) 

So the morning of surgery i weighed 295 as of today my scale is reading 256 which probled is 261 in the docs office so i think i am at a 34lb weight lost for the first month!!   am having a very hard time with protein:((  and can someone explain to me why u cant drink with a straw??

Sittin here waitin for my girlfriend to come walk with me!!  Need to get this gas out of me ASAP!!

Back home stayed a day longer i was super weak!!!  Feeling a lil out of it sure iy will all het better soom

WOW time flies i go in on Tuesday i am so ready and over the waiting pierod!!  i have to to my 24 hr liquid diet tomorrow.  See you all on the losers bench:))

So i went for my last visit to the docs today before surgery i have gained 9 lbs since April so my weight is 293 and i stand at 5"9.5 tall!!  I am super excited and just can't wait until the surgery.  I am having issues from my insecure husband already!!!  So as of today i have 3 weeks until surgery i think i need an advent calander lol:))
