I made it past my first milestone of losing over 100 lbs. I am aiming to double this over the next 6 months. I am getting into more exercise, and feel the loss in energy  when I miss a day. This is a great stress relief and my work, school, and family obligations are many. I need to take better care of my food selections, there a few foods I have no use for any longer. Its better to move on and set down some new patterns to live by on my adventure.
