I am a little over 9 months out and today my scale said 199!! I cannot remember the last time I weighed under 200 pounds. Had to be before high school and I never want to see a 2 as the first number in my weight again.
I cannot even express how much this surgery has done for me. It has given me back a part of my life that I thought was gone forever. I spend every night dancing and jumping with my kids. 1 year ago I would said you were crazy if you said I would be able to do any of the things I do these day.

Obviously I am not a very good blogger, since I have not written anything since I first joined OH. Today is my 9 month surgiversary and I am feeling great. I have lost almost 170 pounds and almost to onderland. I have no regrets with this surgery and would do it again in a heart beat. I am so much more active and I can play with my kids. My 3 year old started school last month and I love going to his school and not feeling like the "fat mom" that embarrasses their kid.
I still struggle constantly with myself to eat the "right" thing, but I have confidence I will overcome my food demons and reach my goal weight.
