Well it was tough training with the heat wave. The one day it was just to hot and by the time i finished work I did not have it in me to go on the treadmill and run. I was done. Heatwave has broken but they have been saying we are in for another one.<
Not real sure of my work out but I have a good idea. just waiting for the trainer to give my the schedule for next month. Going to have a few hot days ahead which I love but please remember be careful in the heat drink lots be safe
