Hope everyone is doing well. It is so hard to see summer winding down. Get up at 5 in the morning and dark. I want to summer to stay. I have been pretty ill and finally went to a walk in clinic and got some meds and starting to feel better

I am getting back into my exercising. It has been a roller coaster the last few weeks but i can say during all of this i never turned to food.

Hi everyone. we are slowly getting closer to April and hopefully nicer weather. I have to say I am glad i got my long run in on Saturday. 25K training run done. The weather was perfect for it. There was some tough spots on the run due to ice but finish

I am so glad to be out of Feb. and one month closer to nice weather. We were hit hard in Feb a storm once a week so glad to say goodbye.

Well it has been cold where I am but I am proud to say i got out there and ran today. Felt like my chest was going to explode but I lasted an hour. Still have no voice been over a week but I do not need to be able to talk to work out

Well it was tough training with the heat wave. The one day it was just to hot and by the time i finished work I did not have it in me to go on the treadmill and run. I was done. Heatwave has broken but they have been saying we are in for another one.<
