The date is getting closer

well since my highest weight of 410 i have lost 30 lbs.......I never knew i would have sooo much motivation to loose it. I had to go see a blood dr bc of my blood clot issues. Well the one local sent me to a specialist in Pittsburg. I went yesterday and they are going to put me on Lovenox shots 5 days before and after. Then I will resume my Coumadin after that.

I am going to Pittsburgh 2 times this week and 2 times next week but it will all be worth it in the end. I am having soo many emotions going through my head with my surgery getting so close. I am scared just bc any surgery is dangerous. I am worried that i will fail at this and not loose the weight. But i am also happy bc i will feel better and able to do more things with my family and kids. I am also worried that i am not going to tone up as i loose. I dont want to have the dumpy look or be flabby to where i have to have a tummy tuck. I guess i need to start exercising as soon as i can after surgery.

Well i have  to go see a heart dr and my dietitian on Wednesday and have a PFT test done on my lungs. That is another trip to Pittsburgh.
