ahhhh here I am a month out and I am on Stage 4 soft foods. I am having such a hard time. I know that there are alot of things that I can eat. Some things agree and some don't with my system. what to do? I ate a leg of chicken yesterday for dinner and I was burping and burping and it was coming back up and going back down.
