Finally under 500 lbs

As you might not know I used to weigh 650 lbs And life was Miserable for me I was Bedbound I need a lot of help doing stuff That people take for granted like Grocery shopping Tie me my own shoes, And the most embarrassing thing Not be able to take a shower bath on my own but have my mother scrub me. But that was then this is now I have lost 211 lbs I feel great I can take care of myself and my children Be the mom that the boys need me to be I have so much energy And it's been a while since I was under 500 lbs.I Finally feel Free To the live my life its meant to be.
