Well Holly is doing well. Her doctor was there before I visited and said there was no reason why she couldn't go home this evening. She looked real good and her spirits were very high.

Holly is able to drink liquids she passed her swallow test and she is doing alot better today hopefully she will be able to go home this evening

@5pm Holly is still in alot of pain they switched her meds to a stronger one morphine alone isnt kicking it to good she says she feels like she is in labor!!!! I brought her a fan a must have in any weather after surgery now its countdown to her swallow test @ 10 am 4-11

Holly is now officially a loser!!!! her surgery was 3 1/2 hours long she did have a small leak but it was fixed with little effort and she is doing as well as expected she is in pain and is thirsty .all her vitals are fine and she has her swallow test tomorrow I will update more as I know more
