Today is my 10th anniversary,

10 years ago I weighed 225, today I am 135, woo hoo!

I had lost down to 104 but it was way too much, I am only 9 pounds from goal weight but it doesn't matter. I feel good, I look good and I am so happy!

Would I do it again? in a heart beat.

Problems?

None.  I eat what ever I want to eat. I can not tolerate sugar at all. The thought of sweets do nothing for me except make me sleepy, not worth it.  Greasy food turns me off, I can have 1 or 2 bites, I am done! the 3rd biteis coming out of my mouth.

Over eating? Not at all.

My eyes are bigger than my stomach, I think I want it all but it is just wishful thinking, haha. My husband just looks at me when I fill up my plate thiking I am going to finish it.

It's a nice feeling, cooking has change so much in our house. There is so much change in the portions being cooked, meat is down to 1 each/ steak is 1 for both of us. I love meat.  potatoes are 4 med, veggies are 2 cups, I eat the veggies.

I would like to say Thank You to Dr. David Suh for the wonderful life I have had for the past ten years because of him. THANK YOU!!

Health

NO MEDS AT ALL! I would have been on everything if it hadn't been for the surgery!

Mental

Great

Physical

I am very good, active. I have to tell myself to slow down because I to remember I am older now.  I have pulled some big muscles because of it. Dammit! My body is 65, my mind says 45, go figure.

Have a fantastic life and get the surgery! BUT LISTEN TO YOUR DOCTOR!  I did!
